Returns
Do you need to return something to us? No problem! We’ve made sure that the process is hassle-free. You have 30 days to make a return from the date that you receive your order. Your return can be made in one of our stores or by sending the items back to our warehouse. Please note that returns of products you have bought in our own Samsøe Samsøe stores or online can only be made in our own stores – not in our concession stores or outlets.
If you decide to return something, please ensure it’s in perfect condition. This means that it must be clean (no deodorant, perfume, or make-up stains), unused, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached. Please return shoes in their original box. Any items that are returned in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Of course, this excludes faulty items.
Exchanges
You can always exchange your item(s) at one of our Samsøe Samsøe stores. Find all of our Samsøe Samsøe stores here. If you want to exchange your item(s) by sending them back to us, please place a new order after returning the item(s) to us.

Please note that it can take up to 4 weeks for us to be able to process your return. This depends on how quickly it arrives at our warehouse and whether we receive it during busier times such as the Sale period.
